My husband and I stayed in 206C at Estero Beach & Tennis Club July 23 - 29th. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Caihlin sees to it that everything you need is there - from pots, pans and dishes, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Caihlin communicates frequently and timely, which was greatly appreciated. Her suggestions were spot-on, especially the recommendation to the Publix on the island. We have driven by it and never noticed it there, but it became our go-to. Staying on the beach, I was concerned about crowds and noise, but we didn't experience that. Our floor was very quite. No noisy guests or road noise and blinds are shut at sundown for turtle egg laying season - so a quiet restful times. So enjoyed watching the sunsets and thunderstorms while we were there. One day we drove to Sanibel Island where we like to go shelling, but found the shells behind the condos just as plentiful without the crowds.

Wonderful relaxing space with a host who is a call away if you need anything. Caitlyn gave us all the needed information, offered great suggestions of things to do and was so wonderful. Wonderful shelling, beautiful sunset and even turtle nesting right out the door.

EBTC 206C is my favorite getaway beach condo! The view from the balcony is amazing. From coffee in the morning to stunning sunsets are the best! The condo is like home with all the amenities and the best host!

This was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I. The weather was perfect, and the condo was so cute and charming. But the best part was being able to watch the sunset every night from our belcony (or walking along the shore). If I could give 10 stars I would. Caihlin was amazing. She kept us well informed both before our stay and during.

This condo had great views and we loved the location which was on the southern end of the island which was more quiet. Everything was just as pictured. Loved all the beach equipment and the use of two bicycles! We had great communication from the host and would recommend her and this property.
